Every evening throughout the summer, Strand Restaurangen invites you to enjoy a barbecue buffet—featuring piping-hot delights from the grill, a generous cold buffet, and a variety of sides. Help yourself to flank steak, ribs, marinated chicken, chorizo, or oven-baked rainbow trout; load up your plate with potato gratin, sweet potato wedges, and butter-roasted corn on the cob—and finish off with cheeses and fruit from the dessert buffet.

Kids' Buffet

There's a separate buffet for the little ones, featuring pancakes, hamburgers, and pasta with meatballs.

The barbecue buffet is just the beginning. In the summer, Strand Restaurangen is filled with more than just good food—here, the evening is an experience in itself. Billy Bäver over the dance floor when the mini-disco gets underway, and a little later, Lyckofigur puts on a colorful family show featuring singing and dancing from the stage.
